2022 Estate Baco Noir

Our estate grown Baco Noir was hand harvested and hand sorted before being fermented in small batch. It is a full bodied deep red wine. Blackberry and cherry shine at first sip, 8 months of barrel aging contribute to earthy notes, vanilla and spice on the finish. Moderate acidity allows for easy pairing with dishes from pasta to steak.
